Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my details?
The information you provide will be used for credit scoring
and assessment by an underwriter in connection with your application.

Can I apply if I'm self-employed?
Yes, applicants who have been self-employed for at least a year may apply, providing they were in their previous job for
at least two years.

What if I have (CCJ's) or Defaults?
Each application is assessed on its own merits. Provided CCJ's or defaults registered within the last 36 months do not total more than £2500 and those registered in the last 12 months total no more than £500, an application will still be considered.

How long will it take for me to get my money?
Once your application has been provisionally accepted, you will receive an offer pack including a Credit Agreement for signature. You may also be asked for proof of earnings and address. Once these details have been satisfactorily verified, your cheque will be posted immediately.

What happens if I lose my job?
For peace of mind and security, our lenders provide a Payment Protection Policy. The policy may provide help with your loan repayments in the event of sickness, redundancy, disability or death. We strongly recommend that applicants take advantage of the Protection Policies available.
